• ON SEASON:(May 1st - September 30th) $135 per night, double occupancy.
  • June: 2-night minimum weekends.
  • July and August: 2-night minimum.
  • 4th of July: 3-night minimum.

• OFF SEASON:(October 1st - April 30th)$85 per night, double occupancy. 2-night minimum on holidays (Plus 8% room tax)
• A full cooked-to-order breakfast is included from 8:00 am - 9:30 am daily.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• NO REFUNDS given two weeks prior to arrival, unless your room(s) is re-rented for reserved timeframe.
• Open year-round
• Children, 10 and older, welcome.
• Check-in time is 2-10 pm
• Check-out time is 11 am
• Quiet hours begin at 11 pm
• No Smoking
• No pets, please
